Bicycle Service Appointment

Due to a huge demand in bike servicing (THANK YOU!), I am currently only able to service bikes purchased at Bike Shop Girl or cargo bikes, contact me directly here to schedule your service.

COVID Bike Service Protocol

I'm doing my best to help keep our community and friends' bikes up and running during these times. Below you'll find my COVID-19 protocol that has been reviewed by several emergency healthcare providers. Please know I am doing my best to help and will do my best to get your bike going ASAP!

Step 1. Arrive outside of the bike shop at our scheduled time, lean up your bicycle.

Step 2. I will sanitize your bike before bringing it into the shop. I will go through your bike and provide a full estimate of cost and time by phone or text for your approval. If I have your approval I will complete the repair by the promised time, send you an invoice online to pay, and then schedule a time for you to pick up your bike.

Step 3. I will put your bike out with a combo u-lock before our arranged pick up time and send you the details. I will sanitize the lock and your bike.
